Troubleshooting

Having issues? Here are solutions to common problems:

Deposit Not Credited

If your deposit hasn't appeared after sending funds:

  • Check that you sent the exact amount shown on the payment page.

  • Verify you used the correct network (e.g., TRC20 for USDT TRC20).

  • Wait for blockchain confirmations — BTC can take 10–60 minutes.

  • If the payment expired before you sent funds, create a new deposit.

Bot Shows "Forbidden" Error

This usually means your session has expired. Log out and log back in to refresh your authentication token.

Can't Subscribe to a Bot

Some bots require a PRO subscription. Look for the PRO badge on the bot card. Upgrade to PRO to unlock all bots.

Insufficient Balance

Each bot has a minimum deposit. Make sure your available balance covers the min deposit shown on the bot card. Go to Deposit to add more funds.
